Scapin' (https://www.scapin.app/) is a next-gen app that is empowering people to build and socialise in the metaverse. We are headquartered in Sweden and backed by leading Europe VCs Creandum & Heartcore. 

To help us co-create the next generations' social communications platform, we are on the lookout for Founding Community Ambassadors who will be an essential part of determining and co-creating our virtual worlds product for Gen Z.

What is Scapin’?

Scapin’ is the social destination for the virtual age - the home of memorable moments and where great ideas originate.

We are building the next generations’ social communications platform, empowering people to build and socialise in virtual spaces. As avatars, users can be whoever they want to be, and interact in completely new ways. We believe that most people will eventually hang out in virtual worlds - and we’re already seeing people migrate their friendships in leaps and bounds - and Scapin’ will provide the social spaces that tie it all together.

What will you be doing as a founding ambassador?

Some of your responsibilities may involve:

• Promoting Scapin’ use on campus and partnering with student channels to amplify Scapin’ presence, including:
• student organisations, where we can serve as a platform to host meetings;
• pre-professional societies or entrepreneurship centres, where we can house social mixers and industry-specific discussion; and
• class group chats (Discord servers, Facebook groups, email lists), where we can facilitate inspired project collaboration and ideation sessions.
• Hosting engagement opportunities and events on-campus to facilitate brand awareness (eg. fireside chats about the metaverse, student society social evenings), and executing on corresponding promotional or outreach efforts.
• Observing user sentiment on campus, collating key feedback and conducting social listening activities, and turning these into actionable insights around product or use case.
• Developing materials (i.e. a playbook) that support the continuity of Scapin’s ambassador program, and taking a leadership role in recruiting, onboarding and training new ambassadors.
  
  

You won’t be going it alone! You will be working with Founder and CEO Leo Nilsson (ex-CPO at iZettle) to brainstorm growth initiatives, and this is an excellent opportunity to learn about product and growth from one of Europe’s leading tech experts.

This is also a role that has the ability to convert into a core team position at Scapin’ based on performance.
