Passionfroot is a no-code tool for creators, solopreneurs and small media companies that helps to sell products and services, save time and run a business - all in one place.

Our mission is to empower the independent businesses of tomorrow and enable people to work on their own terms.

Right now, the life as a creator is exhausting. They need to create and edit content, build their brand, engage with their community, find sponsors, track their finances...all without adequate tools to support them. We are here to build Passionfroot, a tool that will empower creators to build scalable, sustainable businesses.

About the role and your impact

• You'll be joining as a full-stack developer, working with Michelle (CTO) to create and improve the Passionfroot no-code solo stack.
• You will be responsible for defining and owning the parts of the technical strategy for Passionfroot, with input from the rest of the development team. This may involve choosing the stack, defining the architecture, and helping us build the first features from scratch.
• You will have the responsibility (and agency) to shape our product and culture to provide mission-critical tools for creators.
• You'll be working in a highly product-oriented team, and will help make decisions about the features we prioritize and build.
• You will work with a Product Designers to create a user experience that is visually stunning and easy-to-use.
• You'll grow with the company - we'll invest in you.

About the process

1. Initial interview with Jens & Michelle (up to 45min)
2. 1-2 Technical interviews with Michelle (up to 1h)
3. Cultural fit interview with Jen (up to 1h)
4. Conversation with one person of our extended advisory network. You will be able to ask any question you might have. (up to 30min)
5. Reference call with 2 of your (former) colleagues (up to 15min each)
6. Final interview with Jens (up to 1h)
7. We make an offer
