We are looking for a full-stack software engineer to work across all parts of our core product at Elpha. Elpha is the free professional network dedicated to helping women in tech succeed at work.

You will have a lot of autonomy and run the full software development lifecycle for the features you build. This is a great role if you’re excited about building more inclusive spaces in tech and are eager to learn and level up quickly.

In this role, you will report directly to Elpha’s CEO, Cadran (also an engineer), and you will have a huge impact on the product we build and the culture of our team.
