What you will do

🎯 As an entrepreneur in residence, your mission is to identify, prioritize and execute high-value, cross-functional business development projects to drive our growth.

• You will develop and execute experiments to validate new business opportunities together with the founding team and our customers, eg. an accountability coaching MVP
• You will identify and manage different projects end-to-end in your first six months completely on your own. This includes client workshops, structuring partnerships, or building a new learning program from scratch
• Based on your insights and learnings, you will support us to shape our product roadmap and which features we should prioritize
• The goal of this role is that you will grow into leading one specific topic in the long run and assemble a team around you at Aveo

Who you are

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• You have multiple years of experience in a fast-paced international environment (ideally in a B2B startup)
• You are striving for excellence and like to take ownership
• You understand that communication and a structured way of working are key to moving fast
• You are passionate about technology and ideally about helping others to achieve their full potential
• You have stellar written communication and documentation skills in English
• Bonus: experience in online learning and in using no-code tools is a plus - if not, you learn it :)
